How To Join
Why not come along and join Gloucester Choral Society?
We want to attract new singers so please come along and join us on at one of our Monday rehearsals. If you enjoy yourself, you can then put yourself forward for audition to become a member.
Experience the sheer joy and excitement of singing some of the greatest music ever written under the direction of one of Britain’s top choral conductors in one of the finest concert halls in the world!
New Members are always welcome to join us, even if you may not yet have a lot of experience.

PLEASE NOTE: After today (23rd January 2012) we cannot accept any more new members this season but please send us your details (click the link in the previous paragraph) so we can contact you for next season, starting in September 2012
Firstly, you are welcome to attend rehearsals from the start of the session (in September) to get to know members of the society before deciding whether to present yourself for audition.
Once you have passed your audition you will join the section of the choir that suits your voice and, from there, you will be expected to prepare for and sing in every concert the Society presents. Your subscription will only be payable if you pass your audition.
