Notices
We reserve the notices at each rehearsal only for the most important or urgent things. The vast majority of notices and advertisements for other opportunities are communicated by email in ‘Choir News’.
Choir News
Choir News is sent to members weekly by email. Please read this, this is our main source of disseminating information to the choir. If you want to have notices or relevant items of news considered for inclusion in ‘Choir News’, please send an email to: GCSnews@outlook.com by 6pm on Wednesday for inclusion that week. Promoted events should be consistent with the aims and activities of the society.
Website
We do our best to keep the website up to date with news, events and useful information. If you’d like something added, please email marketing@gloucesterchoral.com, however, notices of non-GCS activities and events should be directed to the Newsletter Editor (GCSnews@outlook.com) for inclusion in Choir News.
Emergencies: How we contact you
If a rehearsal has to be cancelled at short notice (eg because of bad weather) we will do everything we can to let you know as early as possible. In such cases, we will email everyone individually, via the Muzodo list. This means it is essential that we hold the correct contact details for you. If your contact details change, please update your information on Muzodo or contact the membership secretary (membership.secretary@gloucesterchoral.com).

We’re on Facebook, X (Twitter) , YouTube and Instagram. Please like and/or follow us on these platforms, interact with and share our content. It can and does have a significant impact on awareness and ticket sales.
